Some years ago I worked for agencies and was dismayed at the lack of care given to tenants and owners. Money spent carelessly on tradesmen as the Teenage PM didn’t know how to troubleshoot those many household issues like a blown fuse! They just order the electrician.
I set myself the goal of wanting to open a virtual office as even in the big agencies the only people that ever came in the office were the unhappy tenants. With issues that could have been avoided. I do not have any unhappy tenants, in fact I have NEVER NEEDED TO GO TO QCAT. Could your current office say the same?
Currently I manage Units and Apartments in Brisbane CBD, Fortitude Valley, East Brisbane, Teneriffe and the Redlands. I have extensive knowledge of Body Corporate requirements. Homes I look after are only ones who are very well maintained. I deal with a number of corporate rental tenants from China Oil and Gas to BHP.
